Established in 2009, we have compiled a portfolio of fully-furnished and contemporarily decorated shared and stylish homes, available in Portsmouth, Southsea and Salisbury.
Modern, clean and comfortable, each conveniently-located home is fitted out to a high specification with unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi.
Our fully-furnished and comprehensively-equipped homes can save both the inconvenience and expense of moving vanloads of furniture in and out. That’s especially helpful for those who may have to move quickly - or often - and at short notice.
Furthermore, all bills including council tax and a weekly cleaner are covered in the rent, which makes it easy for tenants to work to an entirely predictable budget.
Each town we operate in has a dedicated Property Manager. This means that any issues can be efficiently dealt with 24/7 in the unlikely event of an emergency.
And, to make things even easier, no deposit is required. Tenants just need to provide proof of earnings and ID.

Rooms are available week-by-week or for long term rental. They are £130 - £140 per week for a single room and £150 - £175 a week for a double. Payments are made every four weeks or calendar month in advance, whichever is most convenient to occupants.
