It was a very sociable home. The location was ideal and I particularly enjoyed the Sky TV. But I most appreciated the fact that the house was immaculate because we had a Cleaner.

The property is a short walk from Fratton train station, and very close to both the Elm Grove and Albert Road shops, bars and restaraunts.
All bills and Council Tax are included in the rent. No deposits are taken. Rooms are always paid for in advance, but either four-weekly or monthly.
