All of our properties are painstakingly furnished and as carefully maintained as if they were our own homes. Our aim is to provide comfortable, clean, smart, safe, and secure accommodation for every single one of our tenants and to allow them to enjoy the facilities for which they pay.

Ambitious

Barrakav Properties wants to make our high quality accommodation available to as many people as possible, which is why our aim is to have 50 units available to let throughout Portsmouth by the end of 2012. We know that we’ll never achieve that ambition without a lot of very happy tenants!

Local

Like most residents, we love Portsmouth. The UK’s only island city and home to nearly half a million people, it’s a great place to live, work and play. For anybody who doesn’t know, it’s home to HMS Victory, to the Royal Navy and the Royal Marine Commandos, to the Spinnaker Tower and Portsmouth Football Club (also known as Pompey, a name often used for the city too).
