- Equipped with modern and clean bathrooms with showers, and with at least one WC for every three tenants
- Designed for self-catering, so the kitchens feature modern appliances, utensils and crockery as well as fridge-freezers and washing machines
- State-of-the-art, and have wi-fi with Internet access suitable for those with laptops and modems, DVD, Sky Plus HD, as well as sports and movie channels. A multi-room Sky service is also available if required
- Cleaned weekly throughout all communal areas to keep them immaculate
- Able to provide all of the advantages of living in a larger private home
- Immediately available for occupancy subject to proof of ID and income
- Compliant with all current fire and safety regulations, including those relating to gas appliance inspection certificates
