I have thoroughly enjoyed the room I have rented as a temporary solution with Barrakav Properties, as it was furnished to a high standard and the house was clean thanks to having a weekly cleaner. The people I have met are some of the most down to earth people and have respect my sleeping time - as I work nights. My property manager Mandy was really nice and accommodating. She explained where everything was at the house and kept me and other house mates up to date on when workmen were visiting, using a group what's app chat. I found this really useful.
